Terminated Employees In Fusion Application Remain Active In OIM

Terminated Employees in Fusion HCM are remain active in Oracle Identity Manager (OIM). As per business process once an employee is terminated, his/ her user account in OIM should be set to inactive and all of the role assignments should be removed.
Steps to Reproduce Issue
1. Terminate an Employee in Fusion HCM
2. Run Send Pending LDAP Requests scheduled process
3. Verify status of user in OIM which still shows as Active
