How To Route All New User Creation Email Notification to a Single Email address In Fusion Applications

When you hire a new user in fusion application, the system will send an email notification to the new user which include its user name and password.
In some case (i.e. when you want to test this notification function), you may want to route all those new user creation notification to a specific e-mail address, this article will teach how to achieve this functionality.
Or, when you find out none of new user get the email notification after the the user is created in fusion and all email notification are routed to your internal help email address, this is the place to check.
This applies to New User Creation notifications only and not to Workflow notifications.
