Data Extracts Not Returning Any Values When Viewed In BI Publisher. (Doc ID 1616598.1)

Symptoms

In 11.1.7.0.0, a basic extract from HCM does not generate any data, whereas another extract, created previously, does generate data. There are no obvious differences in the extract definitions.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOUR

Data should be generated for extract.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
------
Navigator > Data Exchange > Manage HCM Extract Definitions.
1.Created block
2.Record
3.Data Elements
4.Generate formula
5.Complie Formula
6.Saw the Execution flow- The Extract is Valid.
7. Navigator ->Payroll -> Checklist - Submit Process
8.Process ran to success
9.Navigator -> Tools -> reports and analytics
10.Create a report
11. Browse for datamodel - /Human Capital Management/Payroll/Data Models/globalReportsDataModel.xdm
12.Select -use report editor option
13.Finish
14.Save Report
15.View Report
16. Give the "flowInstanceName" -  the name of the extract flow.
17.Apply.
18. It should be possible to see the XML output with required rows. However no data is getting displayed.
