Symptoms

In Compensation Management, On submitting the worksheet the manager is not able to provide comments as the comment box is not available.
After Allocating Compensation to his employees the manager clicks on Submit for Approval to his manager. At this point he is not able to enter Comments.

STEPS
--------
1. Login as Manager,
2. Navigator - Manager Resources -Workforce Compensation
3. Allocate Compensation
4. Submit
5. Not text box available.
