We have noticed a message appearing in English in the agent console when a client is transferred to an open department open but without any agents connected. To avoid that message appearing in english could we change it to french ?
The sequence of events
Customer transferred to another department and gets a waiting message in English instead of French
Where it happened
Customer chat client and shows in the transcript
The significance of loss / customer impact
Customer is a French company and needs messages to be in French
What IS working
Chat works and customer is transferred correctly
What is the expected or acceptable result?
The message should be in French
What about the system has recently changed?
No changes, this likely has always been there
