No Error Msg After DQM On Consumer That User Does Not Have Access To (Doc ID 1617433.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR  
---------------
Data Quality management process to detect duplicate does not manage the situation where consumer is outside the visibility of salesreps

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Data Quality management process to detect duplicate should  manage the situation where consumer is outside the visibility of salesreps

STEPS
-----------------------

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

A)
Reference consumer
Connect using Salesreps1 user
Navigation > Manage Customers >
> Search for Reference Consumer DQM TEST1
Check that consumer is in Salesreps1 territory


B)
Connect using Salesrep2 which is the user for  Salesrep2
Navigation > Manage Customers >
> Create New consumer
Which is a  duplicate of DQM TEST1 and click the “Save and Edit” button
> A DQM window is displayed
> Keep the suggested choice 5selecvt from existing Person) and hit the OK button

No error message is displayed  that says that you cannot access this information.
Starting from Release 6 PB4 a popup windows appeared : You Don't access to this information

This is a regression which was fixed at release 6

Due to this issue, users cannot be warned that  this existing person is in a territory which is outside of their scope of  visibility
