Symptoms

On : 11.1.7.0.0, Pursue Leads and Opportunities
after upgrade from Release 6 PB10

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR  
---------------
On the "Create Opportunity" page, the "effective date" field is not marked as required. In Application Composer the field is set up as required.
The field is a standard one.
It is a regression with the R7 upgrade.



EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The filed should be marked as required if set as such in Apps Composer


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigator > Application Composer > Application = Sales > Fields > Standard tab > edit renamed filed 'effective date' > the Required box is checked
  NOTE you need to edit the field to see the required box checked
2. Navigator > Opportunities > Open Edit any Opportunity  > Standard field > Date prévsionnelle de clôture is not flagged as required
3. Note that this was fixed at Release 6 level

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot be confirmed in Opportunity UI that this field "effective date" is well mandatory
