On : version, Deliver Customer Care-Maintain Customer Information

When attempting to import a csv file with attachment
the following error occurs.

MKT_IMP_ATTCH_FNAME_MISSING is error code in systask log

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigator > Setup and Maintenance > Manage File Import Activities
2. manage a csv file and a zip file for attachment > Setup mapping in accordance
3. Submit Import

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot import flies with attachmlents
