When attempting to enter personal payment methods for an employee entered via the new hire flow, the following errors occur:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigator > Payroll > Calculations.
2. Select Manage Personal Payment Method.
3. Search and select an employee.
The party identified by the specified party ID does not exist error displays.
4. Click OK.
5. Enter the payment method details and create bank account.
6. Click on Submit.
Bank account creation failed. You must enter an account owner error displays.
