On : 11.1.5.0.0 version, Manage Benefits

ENVIRONMENT

SaaS environment with Product Version: 11.1.5.0.0

STATEMENT OF ISSUE
---------------------------
On Self Service - The Review page is missing Primary Beneficiaries page and Action Item still required.
On BSC - 'Covered' checkbox is unchecked for the Primary Beneficiaries.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
On Self Service - The Review page should be showing Primary Beneficiaries page and Action Item should not be still required.
On BSC - 'Covered' checkbox should be checked for the Primary and Contingent Beneficiaries.

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
-----------------------

On Self Service - The Review page is missing Primary Beneficiaries page and Action Item still required.
On BSC - 'Covered' checkbox is unchecked for the Primary Beneficiaries.
 
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at with the following steps:
1. Enroll Primary Beneficiaries
2. Review Beneficiary on Review page in Self Service to see the Review page is missing Primary Beneficiaries and action item is still required
3. Review in BSC to see the 'Covered' checkbox is unchecked for the Primary Beneficiaries.
