Create Partner Task Should Have Partner as a Label Instead Of Customer (Doc ID 1620554.1)

On : version, Manage Partners - Manage Partner Accounts

When creating a task in scope of a Partner there is a customer label instead of partner for partner fileds with LOV to select a Partner  

Label should be partner instead of Customer (as this is the case for Interactions and Appointments)

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Navigator:  Partner Management->Partners->Task
2) Create task. There is Customer field instead of Partner
3) But while creating interactions and appointments it is displayed correctly as Partners.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see right partner label for Partner LOV field when creating a task
