Employee Self Service is expecting Monthly Rate instead of Per Pay Period Rate.
Steps to Reproduce:
1)Create a Plan "Parking Reimbursement". Create Rate for the plan with calculation Method as "Flat amount" and "Participants enter value during enrollment"
Minimum Election Value 0
Maximum Election Value 250
Default Value 0
2)Attach the Rate to Program "US Benefits (Parking and Transit)" with frequencies as :
Communicated Rate Frequency : Per pay period
Defined Rate Frequency : Monthly
Configure Unrestricted Life event for the Program.
3)Create an employee with a semi-monthly Payroll.
4)Run Unrestricted Life event on the person. Navigate to Employee Self service and elect the plan. System allows to enter Rate amount upto "250"(which is Monthly Amount) and Annual amount is calculated as 3000(250 *12) .
All other rates are "Per Pay Period" in self service except this.
The Employee Self Service is expecting Monthly Rate instead of Per Pay Period Rate, but it is not working. What is causing this?
