Symptoms
On : 11.1.7.0.0 version, Functional Setup Manager task 'Manage Common Options for Payables and Procurement'
When attempting to enter Discount Taken account the following error occurs.
ERROR

ADFC-06003: EL expression '$(pageFlowScope.ContainerBean fragmentTaksFlow)' for a region TaskFlowid in binding 'fragmentRegion' evaluated to null, a non-null value must be specified.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Manage Common Options for Payables and Procurement
2. Enter desired Business Unit
3. In the 'Default Distribution' section, attempt to enter 'Discount Taken' account
4. Receive error
