Trigger "Alerts" Notification Icon Does Not Increment (Doc ID 1625264.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.1.5.0.0 version, Common

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When creating a task the notification alter icon is not incremented (in home page)

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The notification alter icon should be incremented.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.
Navigator > Home page > Alert icon is at zero (0)

2.
Navigator > Customer > Edit a Customer :XXX
> Task left menu > Create a task which is assigned to logged user /
resource
> Save

3.
Navigator > Home page > Alert icon is still at zero (0)
and see a notification displayed

4.
I checked below steup

Navigator> "Setup and Maintenance
Search for Task "Manage Task Configurations for Customer Relationship
Management"
> Open the task
> Search for last task type at the bottom :
activitiesTaskRequestForAction : Event Driven Configuration

setup is the same in customer instance and support one where notification icon is incremented (see uploaded screenshots)
