Symptoms

CRM File Import process for Incentive Compensation Transaction object on CRM ESS server are stuck at Scheduled Status


STEPS
1. Navigator >  Incentive Compensation > Credit and Earnings > Import Transactions Using File Based Data Import
2. Create and submit a import activity on Incentive Compensation Transaction object
3. Process stays stuck at Scheduled status instead of progressing to Base Table Upload In Progress


BUSINESS IMPACT
Due to this issue, users cannot import transaction.
