System error when Logging in Federation SSO Enabled Fusion Application Environment (Doc ID 1626607.1)

 If you are a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) customer, the following section need not be performed by you. Please log a Service Request in My Oracle Support for Oracle to do this for you.

User can not login to Fusion Application. After entering correct user name and password, it will get following error:


Steps to Reproduce:

1. Access Fusion Application URL. You will get to a login page from IdP (Identity Provider)

2. Enter correct user name and password. You will get the above mentioned error.
