System error when Logging in Federation SSO Enabled Fusion Application Environment

User can not login to Fusion Application. After entering correct user name and password, it will get following error:
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Access Fusion Application URL. You will get to a login page from IdP (Identity Provider)
2. Enter correct user name and password. You will get the above mentioned error.
