Duplicate Partner Account Team Member Even after Rel7 PB6

On : version, Manage Partners - Manage Partner Accounts

Only with Partner which were created in the past (ie likely before the fix ) and not for newly created customer :
When adding a partner member (ie partner contact) in Partner Center UI, get a duplicated Partner member assigned even if selecting only one

Partner member should not be created as duplicates and this issue was due to be fixed at Release 7 PB6 (Bug 14221338)

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Partner Washington Professional System
1. Open an existing partner
2. From regional section click Partner Account Team
3. From Local area add a Account team member[only one record of selected user gets added to the table]
4. Hit save and close button
5. open the Partner which is updated
6. From regional section click Partner Account Team
7. Account team page gets loaded, but displays duplicate records of the account team member.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot add partner member without getting duplicate
