Cannot Display Map In Contact Information Card Of My Portrait (Doc ID 1627173.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.1.5.0.0 version, Manage Workforce Lifecycle-Manage Personal Information

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
- "Cannot Display Map" message appears in Contact Information Card of My Portrait instead of the map.  
-  Only partial results are displayed in Map in the Manage Locations screen.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The graphical map should show in the Portrait screen as well as the Manage Locations screen.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to application as an Employee.
2. Navigate to Person Gallery > select a person > Contact Information.
3. The Work Location region shows "Cannot display map."

4. Navigate Manage Workstructures > Manage Locations
5. Enter a query that results in multiple locations.
6. Expand the Results on Map region.
The region appears as grey with no actual map.

Verified that the user can navigate to
  elocation.oracle.com
  maps.oracle.com
So, the sites are not blocked.

Due to this issue, users cannot see the maps as expected and verified in Test and Dev.
