Symptoms

Calculation for compensation plans performance took 4 1/2 hours. Most child jobs completed quickly except for one or two.


STEPS
Navigator > Credits and Earnings > Manage Calculation Process
  Calculate for specific compensation plans.
  Date Range is for period Dec-2015

Changes

 More participants and transactions were loaded into the system since last calculation run.
