The loss of functionality
Some agents cannot take chats from certain departments. Console freezes.
The sequence of events
Users log into console just fine.
Make themselves available to take a chat
As soon as they take a chat, the console freezes and they have to close out and restart the console

Some agents cannot take chats
Include specific error messages (error number with syntax)
No known errors or error messages. Console just freezes and has to be force closed
What IS working
Not all agents affected. Some agents able to take chats in the same department.
