Information in this document applies to any platform.
After a SSO-enabled zone upgrade or restart, some users are unable to access the zone even though their accounts are setup correctly and were working fine prior to the upgrade.
Subsequent attempts by the user may be successful.
another symptom is that there is an error with "ErrorReason=92". This might show up in a log (Taleo-side) and/or an error screen seen by user, depending upon specifics of configuration.
