Delay in Processing Cloud Connector Registrations

Eloqua users are noticing that when they use a webinar Cloud Connector in their campaign, the processing of contacts' registrations may be delayed. This issue is especially problematic when contacts are registering late (just prior to start time) for webinars and their registrations are not processed in time.
