Attachment field is not exposed for customization in Oracle fusion Cloud CRM.
Client wants at least one attachment per sales stage at Opportunity Object. That is needs to be validated before saving Opportunity.
So we have thought to follow some approaches:
1. To track attachment has been uploaded per stage or not,Attachment field should have a LOV field. User will set it for current sales stage.
But Attachment field is not exposed in CRM.
2. Attachment field has not any trigger so that when a user add attachment for current stage then a trigger should invoke during attachment insertion and in this trigger we will put code for putting current sales stage name in Attachments Description field and this description field will use for track attachment per stage in validation.
3. Attachment consists of one LOV field Category, here we can put sales stages by customizing this LOV field but we are unable to customize it. How we can customize it please give us some guidelines. This will be best way for us if it get customized.
