What you want to know is how to analyze Absence Details from an HR Specialist point of view rather then a Line Manager Point of View
You have noticed that for your custom analysis based on Subject Area "Workforce Management - Absence Real Time"
- User with HR Specialist Role AND Line Manager Role, the custom analysis works as expected for Line Manager. the user with both roles sees the more restricted set of data, meaning, only his direct subordinates
- User with HR Specialist Role only (no Line Manager Role and NO direct subordinates, sees no data in the custom analysis
