Symptoms

The loss of functionality : Was able to sync all changes with an issue : created snapshot is not integral error , however once again ran a 1. local sync and also 2. All changes sync and the issue went away
The sequence of events : Ran sync all changes , got an sync error : created snapshot is not integral error , then ran a local sync and then a 'sync all changes' and the issue went away.
Where it happened : 3.04.13 client CRM for Outlook
The significance of loss / cusotmer impact : Being not consistent and not sure why an issue came up and not sure why it went away.
Include specific error messages (error number with syntax) : created snapshot is not integral error
What IS working : Sync worked without errors only after couple syncs
What is the expected or acceptable result? The sync is more consistant without any issues
What about the system has recently changed? Upgraded to REL 7 , and client : 3.04.13
