The hire date, seniority date or length of service visible in various places in Fuse and in the self-service portrait by the employees are all based on the hire date in the current work relationship. However in a group like ours, where people routinely transfer from one company to another while remaining in the group, the notion of seniority is always understood to be the full history will the group, never only in the current legal employer.
Is there anyway this can be adjusted, or setup?
