When you Hire a Person, Create a Role or Assign a Role to a user, there will be a provisioning request stored in Fusion Database table.
Once the requests are created in the Fusion database table, the status of the request will be REQUEST, after the request is picked up and sent to OIM to process, the status is changed to PENDING/In Progress and OIM Request ID will be stored in the request table. If the request is successfully processed and Fusion Application receives the process result from OIM, the request status becomes COMPLETE or FAULTED depending on process result。 If Fusion Application never receives the process result from OIM, the request will stay in PENDING/In Progress. This article discusses what you can do for requests in PENDING/In Progress status.
