Communication Method is Missing when Creating Offer Letter in the Assistant (Doc ID 1631201.1)

Goal

When creating an offer letter for a candidate, we are no longer seeing the Send Message By field and the dropdown that contains "email" "by printed letter" in the offer letter assistant window.
