The loss of functionality
ROI Report does not show any values for Orders Total or AOV. There are values for the Invites, Invites Accepted, Conversions and Conversion Rate.

Where it happened > <accountNumber> > Reports > ROI Report

Customer cannot report on ROI of chat.

What IS working
Transactions complete ARE being registered

What is the expected or acceptable result?
Transactions AND cart values need to be recorded

What about the system has recently changed?


 New site released on 12/4/2013 changed slightly the way the ATG variables written to the checkout page
