Purpose

This document describes how you can create reports that can be viewed in multiple currencies for Oracle CX Sales.  It gives some examples of how to set user preferred currency in the sales application, in the BI application, and how to implement this in your reports. This document is for Oracle CX Sales and B2B Service customers involved in implementation.

Scope

This document is for Oracle CX Sales and B2B Service customers involved in implementation. The tips and techniques detailed in this document may not be suitable for other Oracle Cloud Applications.

To use the information in this document, you must have a BI Administrator role in Oracle CX Sales to perform many of the tasks in this document. You should also be familiar with how to access and use Oracle Business Intelligence to create reports.
