Purpose
This article describes how data is passed from a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system back into Eloqua using uploads called Auto Synchs. It also lists the type of Auto Synchs available and provides instructions for viewing and editing Auto Synch configuration.
Scope
You must have customer administrator privileges in Eloqua and set up the integration using a CRM admin account. You should also have a fundamental understanding of your CRM system and what type of data to pass between it and Eloqua.
