Contact And Resource Lookups On Partner Interaction Error (Doc ID 1633504.1)

Symptoms

On :  11.1.7.0.0 version, Other Issues

When creating a new interaction, or editing an existing Interaction, clicking on the Contact lookup icon results in an error. The same error occurs when clicking the Resources

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login
2. Navigator > Partners
3. Find and go to the detail page for “Dublin West Enterprises”
4. From the regional area, click “Interactions”
5. Click the Create icon to create a new Interaction
a. Enter Purpose
b. Click the Contact drop-down arrow – you will see a list. Do not make a choice
c. Click the Manage Contacts icon
d. Note that an error appears in the background

6. Click Cancel on the Interaction
7. Click OK to the error message
8. Click Done and then Profile to go back to the Customer Profile for Dublin West Enterprises
9. Click Contacts
10. Click on the name of a Contact, Buddy Dogg Griffin, to go to the Contact details page
11. From the left side (regional area), click “Interactions”
12. Click the Create icon to create a new Interaction
a. Enter Purpose
b. Click the Contact drop-down arrow – you will see a list. Do not make a choice
c. Click the Manage Resources icon
13. Note that an error appears in the background
