Fusion Compensation: WFC: Full Export Of Merit Plan No Longer Working - Also President & CEO No Longer Able To See Plan

Full Export of Merit Plan no longer working - Also President & CEO no longer able to see plan:
The President & CEO should not have personally been part of the open Merit Plan - these are the steps taken:
1 ) Changed the Plan Eligibility with this path: Manage Plan > Eligibility > Employment > Job - removed the President & CEO title
2) Administer Worker - Searched President - Selected him - Reprocessed Plan (only one active plan for him) entered effective date. Note he does not have a manager.
Prior to performing these steps the plan appeared when using Proxy as C. Now no plan appears even though he has direct reports that are in his hierarchy and all indirect reports ultimately roll up to him.
In addition, client has been pulling the full export file that has almost 400 employees now only 2 are showing.
