Live Help Chat: How do we incorporate a 3rd Party Customer Chat Survey?

We are going to move away from the current custom Webcare customer satisfaction and replace with a third party survey. How do we go about changing this in the customer interface so that the customer gets the new survey? We also we need to capture the necessary chat session data associated with that survey? Also, do you know if it will be possible to launch the new survey from a mobile device as currently we are not to able launch Webcare survey on mobile?
