Once a goal shared by a manager is completed, it should not show up in the manager’s direct report’s list of shared goals. OR The manager should have an ability to hide the completed shared goals so their direct reports do not see these completed shared goals.
Once a goal is updated to be 100% complete, it should NOT display as a shared goal on the right side of the screen. If this is not possible, then the manager should have the ability to un-share a completed goal, or the person who the goals was shared with can remove that goal from the list.
The application currently does not display completed organization goals. Have it match that same logic.
The list of shared goals will continue to grow and become unmanageable if the list includes completed shared goals.
The manager should have the capability to “unshare” a previously shared goal.
