Application shows duplicates in the right side section "Work Contacts" when doing an employee promotion.

- Section "Work Contacts" shows duplicates.
After additional research customer have found the following:
duplication is occurring for employees who have been rehired i.e. have an inactive assignment. All the rehired employees I've pulled up have duplication which corresponds to the number of active and inactive assignments. To make matters worse in Fusion, if the inactive assignment is in a completely separate business area, the person responsible for that 'former' business area now shows up as a contact too.
