Line Manager Role is not assigned to any employee automatically
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Role Mapping for Line Manager role with below conditions:
System Person Type = Employee
Assignment Status = Active
Manager With Reports = Yes
2. Create a Manager user first and add direct reports later.
3. Verify Line Manager role is assigned to User with Reports.
