This article describes how to convert a contact filter (or shared filter) to a contact list (or shared list).
- Contact filters are dynamic, which means the contacts that they include change as the data in your contact records change.
- Contact lists, or shared lists, are static, which means they always include the same contacts, even if the contact record data changes.
