Publish Account Hierarchies Fails Due to Duplicate Nodes. (Doc ID 1635955.1)

On : Version R7, Financial Reporting and Analysis

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
You have added new parent value in the tree hierarchy, and then published the tree from the Publish Account Hierarchies UI but the Tree is not published with the new values.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The tree should be published with new parent value

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open Publish Account Hierarchies UI
2. Check the Publish Flag
3. Verify the Tree in Account Inspector/FRS

Publish Account Hierarchies Fails with following Error:

addTreeVersionToOutline(): Exception during Incremental Build :: com.essbase.api.base.EssException: Cannot end incremental build. Essbase Error(1060053): Outline has errors
addTreeVersionToOutline(): Checking if this is because of duplicate nodes added in FND Tree UI 
addTreeVersionToOutline(): Duplicate nodes DOES NOT exist in FND Tree UI. And so there are other errors inbuilding. Refer to the Exception.
publishTreeVersions() : cube outline is opened :: otl6
publishTreeVersions() : cube outline is closed :: otl6
publishTreeVersions(): Executing cmd:alter application  'TV_COA'  enable connects
publishTreeVersions(): Result:true
publishTreeVersions():::  Building/deleting versions completed successfully for the cube

PublishHierarchyVersions: Versions published successfully for Chart Of Account : XX_COA and Segment Account
