Symptoms

 When attempting to generate compensation statements for all workers, the PDF file is having the following error -

Adobe  Reader could not open ‘Statement.pdf” because it is either not a supported file type or because the file has been damaged (for example, it was sent as an email attachment and wasn’t correctly decoded).

When open the PDF with text pad, the following text is displayed -

Error generating the statement at setp 5. Following message is for debugging
:
oracle.j2ee.ws.client.jaxws.JRFSOAPFaultException: Client received SOAP Fault
from server : PublicReportService::generateReport for reportAbsolutePath
[/Human Capital Management/Compensation/Workforce
Compensation/CmpCwbPrintStatements.xdo] failed: due to
