Error Message is displayed while trying to update checklist template if the checklist is already allocated to worker

Error Message:

ADF_FACES-60101: For more information, please see the portlets error log for any entry beginning with: ADF_FACES-60096:Server Exception during PPR, #23


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to a person record and allocate a checklist.
2. Navigate to manage checklist templates and update the checklist that was allocated in the above step
3. Error message is displayed when user clicks ok submit.
