Incrementing Argument Value For Benefits Processes

When attempting to schedule a recurring Evaluate Life Event Participation, Close Enrollment and Purge Backed-Out or Voided Life Event Data process, and set an initial effective date, the process runs everyday but it runs as of the effective date that was originally set.
1.Go to Navigator > Select Evaluation and Reporting.
2.Choose Benefits Administrator Work Area Task in Left Hand Menu.
3.In the Summary Area, select the Process Tab.
4.Select Evaluation Summary Process Life Events group.
5.Click on Submit button against Evaluate Life Event Participation, Close Enrollment and Purge Backed-Out or Voided Life Event Data process
6.Effective Date of the process is defaulted to sysdate
7.Click the Advance Button.
8.Select Schedule Tab.
9.select Run as Using a Schedule.
10.Select Frequency : Daily / Every: 1 Day / Start date :10-01-2013 12:06 PM / End Date : 12-31-2014 12:06 AM
11.Click on submit button
Run 1: October 1st, Effective date: October 1st
Run 2: October 2nd, Effective date: October 1st expected effective date is October 2nd
Run 2: October 3rd, Effective date: October 1st expected effective date is October 3rd
