Wrong Agents Showing Up In Live Help Chat Department in agent console

The agents shown to be in the queue in the admin interface are different than what the agent console shows. When I set myself up as the only agent in the queue to test a new chat link, the chat didn't get routed to me. It got routed to other agents who were supposedly removed from the queue.
