Customer Attachment Import - Attachments Are Not Loaded In For Few Customers

On version, File Import

Performed import with attachments for 22 records, import worked for 4 records and not the rest

Expect import to work for all the records

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to File Import > Object Customer
2. Select the attached .CSV file and choose the zip file and click on Upload > Once the attachment is uploaded to UCM server
3. Click on Next and choose the mapping.
4. Observe the first 5 rows of the customer with attachments are loaded in but the rest of the customers, none of the attachments are loaded.
5. The import job is completed successfully and there are no errors.
6. Looking at the Import status, being completed without error, I assumed all the attahcments were loaded in.
7. But I manually queried for the 23 Customers in the attached .csv and observed only the first 5 records the attachments have been loaded in.
8. We have 2906 attachments and it would be impossible to look for 5000 customers if the attachments have been loaaded in successfully.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot tell which attachments that got imported or not.
