Symptoms

On : 11.1.7.0.0 version, Manage Partners - Manage Partner Accounts

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Cannot approve a lead which was submitted by registred Partner administratot

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Shoudl be able to approva

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1)
Check that Partner Administrator Role si present for registered Partner Administrator

> log as Partner Administrator (Benoit Partner) > Lead Qualification > Create Leads (with item)
> Save and Edit
> Submit approval > Pending approval status
> Then after a while it become failed

2)
Log as Partner Administrator

> log as Partner Administrator > Lead Qualification > Create Leads (with item)
> Save and Edit
> Submit approval > Pending approval status
> Then after a while it become failed

2)
Los a Channel Operations Manager

Reports show registered leads but none is displayed in report as approved or submitted
> see worklist no notification

3)
Setup an Maintenance > Search task : %Approval%
> Define Approval Management For CRM
> Manage Task Configuration for CRM
> search for
DealRegApprovalRequest : Event Driven Configuration

INternally it is well defined but no notification was sent and apprpoval was not possible

On customer isnatnce : get error There is no Rule Metada assoiciated with this task

Reports show registered leads but none is displayed in report as approved or submitted
