On Oracle Fusion Applications, release 8,
Customer is receiving an error while creating Global Temporary Assignment as below :
'Cannot insert null into PER_ASSIGNMENT_EXTRA_INFO_M.EFFECTIVE_END_DATE'.
Steps to replicate:
1. Select action as ‘global temporary assignment’
2. Select the applicable status for primary assignment:
3. Enter assignment details for the temporary assignment
4.Submit the transaction. Error message is displayed in the workflow notification
