HCM Extracts: Multithreading Block Results In Duplicates (Doc ID 1638495.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

I have an extract in which the main block is the PER_EXT_SEC_PERSON_UE. I was working correctly, until I re-configured it for changes only.

In order for changes only to work, the block must be configured so that it has a Threading DBI, as well as a Threading Action Type.

However, when I configure this using either the Person ID or the NID_ID I get duplicates.

More specifically: In this Ares pod, I have a person (Last Name: xyz2) whom is in the Person table twice. Once as an Employee an once as a Participant. Without configuring the Threading DBI/Action type this person shows up twice, once as each type and I am able to filter the participant record using my eText template. (this is how it should execute, as there are 2 records in the person table for this person)

When I configure the Threading DBI/Action Type, I get this person four times. Twice as an Employee, and Twice as a participant. The only difference between the 2 Employee records that are output in the extract are the Object Action IDs (identical records.)

I need to only have my extract ouput one record for each record in the person table. I do not understand why this is occurring.

I have included a test extract which will demonstrate the apparent bug. I have also attempted to run the extract with and without setting the Interlocking Database Item.
