Configure Table & Column Username Change Is Not Reflecting In Classification Rule (Doc ID 1638632.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.1.7.0.0

When updating the column username in the configure tables and columns the new username is not displayed in the manage classifications page when selecting the qualifying criteria.

The expectation is that the new name will be shown in the classification LOV.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Update the user name for a column in the CN_TP_TRANSACTIONS_ALL table.
2. go to the manage classifications form.
3. select the LOV for qualifying criteria
4. the previous name is still displayed.
