Fusion Global HR: How To Restrict Employee From Entering Absences In Old Assignment After Transfer

Need a designation on the assignment that the assignment should not be considered for scheduling activities, including absences. So if an employee is based in country A and receives all their company entitlements and payments through country A but is temporarily on assignment in country B, Country A's assignment will not be considered for determining absence duration, use and approvals, but only country B's.
When an employee is transferred from one assignment to another, the status of the old assignment is made Suspended - No Payroll, but this is the primary assignment of the employee. The Payroll of the employee in the old assignment is end-date as on Transfer Date - 1. The employee should not be able to enter the leave/Absences in the old assignment, still the system is allowing to enter the absences in the old assignment.
