Public Shopping List : Item is not searchable from Catalog

On : 22.214.171.124.0 version, Manage Procurement Catalog-Manage Procurement Content
On Create or Edit Public Shopping List screen, no items are seen in Catalog search.
Items should return when user performs a Catalog Search and user should be able to add this items to the Public Shopping List.
Steps To Reproduce
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to the Catalog Application.
2. Open Manage Public Shopping list page.
3. Create a Public Shopping List and click on Search Catalog.
4. Perform a Search and notice the search does not return any records.
